Our work at Belmont Bay continues to move forward, highlighted by recent approvals that support long-term planning for this signature community. These steps help pave the way for future development and reinforce the project’s potential as a destination within Prince William County.
Birchwood at Brambleton
This year marked the release of the final homesites within this award-winning 55+ neighborhood, closing an exciting chapter in a community that continues to thrive.
Sadler Square
All homesites in the latest section were released, and installation of two new model homes has been completed. We look forward to formally opening these models to the public early in 2026.
Beacon Park Communities
At Beacon Park Towns, buyer enthusiasm remains strong as we head into the new year. Meanwhile, Beacon Park 55+ enters its final phase with only a few remaining opportunities before closeout.
Expanding Our Regional Footprint
Our growth initiatives continue to gain momentum across Maryland:
- New Market: We recently completed acquisitions for our upcoming West Main community, with development anticipated to begin in early 2026.
- Howard County: We continue to advance several active adult initiatives in highly desirable, high-barrier-to-entry jurisdictions.
